YOUR BANK SAID “NO”? – TALK TO ME

After living with his parents for a number of years, working full time, Jack decided he wanted to purchase his own home. Due to his available deposit, he found a Shared Ownership New Build property he really liked, local to his family but was unfortunately refused a mortgage by his Bank and the housing associations broker.

Jack received variable overtime from his job but, because it was not guaranteed, Jack didn’t think there was a way forward but was recommended to get in touch with ME.

After reviewing Jack’s circumstance, Marc searched the market and secured a lender that was able to consider some of Jacks overtime income (which was overlooked by his bank), meaning he could purchase the 50% share he required to secure the property.

Not only did we arrange the mortgage in principle, but we liaised with the builder and solicitor to ensure the purchase moved forward in a timely fashion.

At ME, we leave no stone unturned. If there is a way to find your right mortgage, we will find it.
